i found such serenity. the room was always immaculate with fresh towels. i particularly loved the complimentary tuk-tuk service to town, it was so convenient. the staff's attentive service and smiles made everything special.
the gym had a slight musty scent, something that could easily be addressed with a bit more ventilation.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel arranged a fantastic tour to see Angkor Wat and other temples. It was a nice experience. I found the pool very relaxing, a true escape from the day's heat. The provided airport pick-up was prompt and efficient.
The bathroom design was a little unconventional. The concrete floor became slippery when wet.

The King Suite was spacious and clean with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The air conditioning worked efficiently to keep the room cool. The bed was large and comfortable; I slept very well.

The food was AMAZING!!! I found a wide selection for breakfast. The restaurant offered both local and international dishes; I really enjoyed both. The service was prompt and attentive.

The staff arranged a tour, which was very helpful. They also quickly addressed all requests that I had. Airport transfers were arranged quickly and efficiently. The staff always acted politely and professionally.

faulty televisionlimited breakfast
The room was worn, with the air conditioning struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature. the television did not function during my entire stay, a considerable inconvenience. breakfast options were limited. i found the orange juice container to have visible mold, quite off-putting. the set menu system was inflexible, a frustration when i wanted to customize my meal. It seemed they were understaffed during peak hours.
